Whilst the statutory Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership's (CDRP's) provide great potential for service providers to work together with other agencies and local communities to achieve common objectives, insufficient resource capacity can undermine success and in some cases can stop projects in their tracks.

JAF offers an informed level of support to CDRP's, public authorities and related organisations, to assist in identifying and achieving agreed objectives. Our service is both innovative and client specific, and whilst we are mindful of national requirements, performance priorities and established good practice, we focus upon finding sustainable solutions to local problems.

Since the launch of JAF Consultancy, we have undertaken a range of partnership support work that includes:

Additionally, we have developed bespoke training programmes to help achieve the generic aims of the CDRP's, ranging from basic legislative familiarisation to Mainstreaming issues and the development of Service capacity to meet related performance targets.

We work with our clients to provide added capacity to problem solve and in developing practical solutions to avoid or overcome identified shortcomings. In this way our clients service delivery is improved, predetermined targets are achieved and project expectations are fulfilled.

Value for money

JAF Consultancy charges are calculated according to the nature and extent of the project being undertaken. None the less, we are confident that our charges are the most competitive currently available and represent outstanding value for money.
